Andrea e Natasha Piai, when the Rossoblu is a family matter

Brothers & Sisters, compendium of techniques and muscular capacity under two different facets, united by the same DNA now also inside and outside the same field cloaked in red and blue.

Andrea Piai is the new physiotherapist of the First Team, the one who will have the task of treating the precious Tose muscles next season. Between them, sister Natasha, bomber per (and of) excellence, confirmed with all its strength by the company after a great season garnished by 21 centers in the championship, best rossoblu scorer and fourth overall in Group B of the cadet series.

“I have been familiar with the world of Permac Vittorio Veneto women's football for some time, obviously thanks to my sister, but until now I had only frequented it as an outsider’ – explains Andrea – This year through Dr. Vascellari asked me to join the First Team as a physiotherapist and I immediately accepted with enthusiasm. It is the right environment in which to work and propose your ideas with serenity.

What will it be like to live the next season on the line next to a leader on the pitch like your sister?

I have already worked in professional family contexts, now the degree of kinship increases and it will actually be impossible to treat her on the same level as all the others. In the sense that I will definitely treat her worse! Seriously, it will be a unique emotion, even though I usually keep certain sensations to myself.

What are your personal goals for this year?

Have fun! It is an answer that obviously encompasses many aspects. I want to behave calmly and sincerely with girls, staff and company with the aim of creating a good working group and growing together. Obviously in sport, fun is closely linked to results on the field, in ours we will do our utmost to allow you to obtain them.

South field, on the front line, the keys to the construction phase will therefore once again be entrusted to bomber 'Piaiguain', now for all intents and purposes, definitely, dressed in red and blue.

The company has made a significant economic effort to keep you in the team, what wearing this shirt means to you?

I thank the Society for giving me this opportunity again, being able to wear the red and blue jersey again will be a great emotion again this year. It was nice to be able to fight for these colors on the pitch again after doing so for four years from the stands, with the crazy desire to climb over the net and enter the green rectangle and help her teammates.

How to restart from your splendid last season, also from a statistical point of view, and what are your goals for this year?

Each season has its own story, we start from scratch with a great desire to do well and improve compared to the previous year, this year as always. The beginning is now upon us, we must put aside the bitterness of that cursed Sunday, roll up our sleeves and start again with all the passion that accompanies us every year.
