Da ex capitano del Padova Femminile sarà sicuramente una partita che per me avrà un qualcosa in più rispetto alle altre, ma non lo sento necessariamente come un derby. Anche perché, essendo state promosse solo quest’anno, non ho mai avuto l’occasione di incontrarle e per me rappresenta quindi un confronto totalmente inedito tra due realtà della mia città.

Cosa miglioreresti nei meccanismi di squadra nonostante gli ottimi risultati di queste giornate?Come tenere alta la concentrazione in vista dell’impegno contro il fanalino di coda in classifica?

Guai a sottovalutare l’impegno contro la Virtus, la posizione in classifica non conta molto e ogni squadra ha il suo potenziale, spesso ancora tutto da esprimere dopo così poche partite dall’inizio del campionato. Oltretutto molto spesso quelle che sulla carta non sono squadre da primissime posizioni sono quelle che poi riescono a mettere i bastoni tra le ruote alle favorite. Per quanto riguarda il nostro gioco dobbiamo migliorare nella costruzione delle azioni offensive e nella finalizzazione davanti alla porta, e ovviamente ci sono da migliorare alcuni movimenti in difesa che non possono essere ancora totalmente automatici. L’obiettivo per domenica è senza dubbio portare a casa i tre punti, segnare di più e ovviamente lasciare la porta inviolata.
