Fant holder also against Juventus U19

Second match in 24 hours for the Under National Representative 20 and for our Linda Fant, the only Italian player to be used for a total of 160 minutes in the first two matches, always with the shirt number 4 on the shoulders in Group B of the Viareggio Women's Cup in Carrara.

After the opening goal against SPAL, the Italians of coach Marco Canestro offered a display of great character and resilience by snatching a 3-3 comeback against the highly favored Juventus, with the Bianconere ahead at half-time thanks to Ferraresi's goals, Termentini and Zamboni, after the initial LND advantage signed by Miglionico. Goals from De Muri and Antonelli in the second half brought the Italians back on track, who in the final came close to hitting the net by centimeters, completely reversing the score.

Linda was once again one of the best on the field at LND, capable of facing the very fearsome Juventus opponents in the best possible way and of earning the status of an immovable pawn on the part of their coach. A new one, splendid recognition that enhances and rewards the great work of our technician Alessandro Cipriani, of all the staff and the entire rossoblù team group.

To discover their fate, the Under girls 20 they will have to wait for the outcome of the match in the next few hours between Juventus and SPAL. In the event of a Juventus victory with less than 7 goal difference, it will be the Italians who will gain access to the final on Friday in Serravezza (LU); in the event of a Juventus goal, it will be third/fourth place final, always Friday, in Capezzano Pianoro (LU).
