Tomasi: “Grit constant and absolute, We can and we must continue the momentum”

Straight to the core. Nell’ensemble of the Tose rossoblù capable of recovering – between the normal dynamics of the Championship and the additional efforts of the Italian Cup – after the difficult start in the second part of the season, his presence stands out, almost constant on Mister Toffolo's tactical board, of the new entry winter Jade Tomasi. The central defender born in 1999, ex Pordenone and more recently Tavagnacco, in these first couple of months in the City of Victory he was able to immediately carve out a leading role both on the pitch – starting from the decisive goal on his debut in big match with Riozzese – both in the locker room thanks to his feisty personality exhibited on every occasion.

A few hours before yet another regional derby, with the Tose who will await the red and whites of the Barison Vicenza in the match valid for the 16th Matchday of Serie C, We feel right from the number 19 rossoblù what an air you can breathe in locker room Permac of house.

The important home victory in the first act of the Cup Quarterfinals with Campomorone keeps you more than ever fighting for all the seasonal objectives, confirming at the same time the progress expressed in this last period.

Personally, I am satisfied with the performance we delivered, in particular because we have demonstrated once again the technical-tactical qualities that permeate our group. Against Campomorone it was anything but an easy match, but we had no lapses in concentration and we managed to bring home a precious result in view of the 90′ back. Our opponents proved to be a good team, well organized and very pushing, but we did our best and we remain confident ahead of the return match.

Another very important derby awaits you against Vicenza, a litmus test given the poor results at the beginning of the year with the other Venetian teams in the group.

I expect the whole team to show the same determination as last Sunday to bring home the full prize, without discounts and without surprises. Each of us must fight for every ball and all must give their best for everyone 90 minutes, and beyond, of the meeting. We must roll up our sleeves and show who we are to continue the streak of positive results we have achieved in the last three performances between the championship and cup.

Your impact in Vittorio Veneto, in these first handful of months, it was definitely remarkable in every way.

I'm really enjoying myself in Vittorio. We are a close-knit group and I am very happy to have become part of it. The companions are all great examples, both from a footballing point of view and both, mostly, from a human perspective. I have a lot to learn from each of them and I hope to learn as many things as possible. I also get along very well with the staff and I'm happy that behind us girls there is a team that puts their heart into what they do.
