Zilli: “The point in the derby made us more aware, now need to continue growing”

Learn to win. The lived, constant and stubborn claw naturally expressed in the field – symbol and keystone of the increasingly rapid climb to the sides of the football learning curve – is the trait that best helps to define the contours of the increasingly surprising Deborah Zilli, great protagonist of this first glimpse of the rossoblù season with his team four networks in five appearances, in the second year both in the Permac jersey and in the world of football as a whole.

At the average of one goal every so far 87 minutes played, the number 99 has shown that he can carve out an increasingly central role in the tactical mechanisms orchestrated by Mr. Massimo Zoni, compensando con orgoglio e carattere i tratti ancora da limare sotto il profilo della tecnica e dell’ovvia esperienza, in fase di acquisizione, on the field. Sentiamo proprio dalla coriacea ala rossoblù come si vive nello spogliatoio vittoriese l’attesa per il match casalingo della 7° Giornata di campionato contro il Trento Women's Football.

At home to Venezia you offered one of the most positive tests of the season, capturing a gold point in a match full of episodes and ideas in terms of natural seasonal growth.
Against the Venice, as we expected, we had to give our all to face a tough team that is fighting for important goals at the top of the group table. The particular atmosphere, for the historic rivalry that exists between us and them, played its part in making the development of the match so unique and intricate. From our part, we entered the field with the right attitude, concentrate on the game with the desire to do well and get involved with nothing to lose. Certainly there were times when we had to grit our teeth, however, we managed to throw our hearts over the obstacle without giving up until the end, making the most of the opportunities that have arisen to bring home a precious and stimulating result.

In a few hours at the Barison, another protagonist declared for the promotion fight awaits you, a Trento capable of collecting four wins out of the five matches played so far.
The match against Trento will certainly be no less easy than the one experienced last Sunday, but we have the duty to pursue a certain continuity both in terms of performance and results. We will have to enter the field even more concentrated, with even more hunger and necessary competitive malice, taking care of every detail that can make a difference and always trying to apply a certain football intelligence. The match in Venice has certainly enriched us in the awareness of being able to do well and have our say throughout the championship. It is up to us to continue to prove ourselves capable of continuing to grow and always stay on track.

Your start to the championship so dazzling, at the forefront of the relationship between goals scored and minutes played, is certainly one of the happiest notes in this one New Deal of Permac's football history.
I can only be very happy with the goals scored so far, partly unexpected and surprising even for myself. I think they are the fruit and the demonstration first of all of the great desire I have to play and give my best with and for this shirt.. Right now I feel good, I am serene and I enjoy myself. sure, the lack of experience is however a determining factor, I know I still have a lot to improve both in terms of play and movements, because it's not just about scoring, it is also necessary to have teammates score and above all to know how to play for the team. My main objective is to try to do the best possible to be able to fill these gaps, in order to be able to help Permac more and more to achieve the results and objectives we have set ourselves, both in the short and long term.
